The Ningbo Solar Mold Engineering Co., Ltd. Specializes in the field
of plastic injection molds. Our business items consist of mold design,
manufacturing, and plastic injection molding services. Founded in
2000, we are a joint venture established by the Taiwan Hsin Yuan
Corp. high processes more than 10 years of mold manufacturing experience
and a local mold manufacturer. Our plant is located in the city
of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, which happens to be a center of plastic
mold production. After bring superior engineering personnel over
from Taiwan and giving one year of pre-service training to experienced
local technicians, we formally came on line in June 2001. To provide
customers comprehensive service, our plant possesses deep-hole processing
equipment and a mold etching department.
We possess advanced automated processing machinery and technology,
and can offer processing services using 50-ton to 1,500-ton injection
molding machines. Our mold are user to make the cases of parts,
electric tool parts, and plastic elements for special engineering
applications.
